Aufgaben

• Planung des Personaleinsatzes im Außen- und Innendienst auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen sowie bestmöglicher Effizienz
• Personaleinsatzplanung für Urlaubs- und Arbeitszeiten sowie deren Auswertung
• Schnittstellenkoordinator für Kunde, Standortleiter und Mitarbeiter
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Standortleitern
• Optimierung der internen und externen Abläufe

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen bzw. dienstleistungsorientierten Bereich, z.B. als Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann oder Logistiker
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition (Mitarbeiter/Touren) und/oder Personaleinsatzplanung
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke, Organisationstalent sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Verhalten
• Routinierter Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen
