大客户销售(智慧能源部)
I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales activities to achieve Department's business plan

II.      Job Responsibilities

1.Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities;20%

a.Search for potential customer and find decision maker;

b.Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;

c.Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry;

d.Visit / meet the customer and introduce company’s services;

e.Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;

f.Prepare and confirm contract with the customer;

2.Contribute personal efforts to team's sales plan and reach assigned target; 30%

3.Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;10%

4.Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them;5%

5.Contact with other regions and countries regarding PV plant project.5%

6.Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;5%

7.As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress;10%

8.Perform other duties assigned by Product line Manager / Sales Manager. 5%

 

III.      Job Requirements

 

  1. Bachelor degree or above, Engineer degree is preferred;
  2. More than 3 years sales / marketing experience in industry field, such as Electronic or electrical industry;
  3. More than 2 working experiences in Photovoltaic industry is necessary, at least one of field: module, inverter, transformer,
  4. plant, EPC, plant design, storage system and owner. PV plant related is preferred;
  5. Resource in PV investor or insurance company or EPC or owner is preferred;
  6. Proven good sales record;
  7. Good English in writing and oral; CET-6 as preference.
  8. Willing to travel, about 2 weeks per month.
  9. Aggregative attitude to sales work; self-motivated, willing to learn technical things;
  10. Good communication and sales skill, team work sprit and will to share with others, especially with technical team and other regions;
  11. Good customer management skill and sales skill with key client decision maker;
  12. Knowledge and sense toward market and costs. Physical condition allows normal working and business trip as required.
