一、职位概述:

该职位负责全周期的人才招聘活动和相关项目,以满足大中华区层面和北区的业务发展目标和人才战略。

二、工作职责:

1.    负责整个人才获取周期,从了解业务线的招聘需求,筛选和搜索合适的候选人,实施面试,offer沟通,处理运营流程以填补岗位空缺;(65%)
2.    参与招聘相关项目。负责CoE团队与项目团队之间的沟通,在Hub实施分配的项目;(8%)
3.    与人力资源业务伙伴(BP)团队良好合作,满足业务线需求,实现人员战略目标;(8%)
4.    根据公司要求,实施员工内部调动、人才保留和离职流程;(6%)
5.    定期更新人才招聘数据并生成报告,进行招聘状况分析,帮助招聘经理和人事部了解招聘进度;(6%)
6.    开发新的人才获取方法,如新的渠道,评估工具和数据分析,更新工作流程和程序;(5%)
7.    其他由汇报经理分配的任务。(2%)

三、工作要求:

1.    本科及以上学历;
2.    5年以上招聘相关工作经验;
3.    工作勤奋,上进心强,有较强的团队合作精神;
4.    良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
5.    能独立高效地工作;能在压力下工作;
6.    良好的计算机操作能力;
7.    熟练的英语读写能力。

 

I.    Position Summary:

This position is responsible for full cycle talent acquisition activities and related projects in order to meet business development targets and people strategy at GCN level and in North Hub.

II.    Job Responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for full talent acquisition cycle from understanding hiring requirements from business lines, screen and search suitable candidates, implement interviews, negotiate and prepare offer proposals, and handle operational process to fulfill vacancies; (65%)
2.    Participate in TA projects. In charge of communication between CoE team and the project team to implement assigned projects in Hub; (8%)
3.    Good cooperation with PBP team to meet business lines’ requirements and achieve people strategy targets; (8%)
4.    Implement employees’ internal transfer, talent retention and exit process according to company’s requirements; (6%)
5.    Update TA data and generate report on a routine basis, conduct recruitment status analysis to help hiring managers and People team to understand recruitment progress; (6%)
6.    Develop new method of talent acquisition, such as new channel, assessment tools and data analysis, update working process and procedures; (5%)
7.    Other tasks be assigned by reporting manager. (2%)

III.    Job Requirements:

1.    Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.    Minimum 5 years’ working experience in TA;
3.    Diligent, self-motivated and strong teamwork spirit;
4.    Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5.    Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
6.    Good computer skill;
7.    Proficient in English both written and verbal.
