I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for developing and delivering professional testing, inspection, certification, and consultancy services of onshore and offshore wind industry in Great China region (GCN).

II.      Job Responsibilities

• Research the policies, market trends and core customer demands of China's offshore wind power industry, and formulate targeted development strategies and implementation plans for offshore wind power business;
• Develop core industrial chain customer resources such as offshore wind power owners, EPC general contractors and wind turbine manufacturers, establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations, lead commercial negotiations and contract signing, and achieve the set business performance indicators;
• Undertake various projects such as offshore wind power testing, certification and technical consulting, take the lead in formulating project execution plans, clarify project milestones, resource allocation, quality standards and delivery requirements to ensure the efficient progress of projects;
• Be responsible for project progress tracking, cost control, achievement delivery and closed-loop processing of customer feedback, complete the sorting, filing and review summary of project files, and continuously optimize project execution processes and service standards;
• Precipitate offshore wind power project management methods based on project execution experience and form a standardized project operation system.
• Based on market demand and the company's global technical accumulation, promote the construction, upgrading and implementation of the company's local offshore wind power service capabilities, and connect the international technical resources of the headquarters with the actual needs of local business;
• Cooperate with the company's technical team to carry out the research, development and implementation of local offshore wind power service capabilities, and promote the localized adaptation and innovation of service products.
• Complete other work related to offshore wind power business assigned by superiors and cooperate with the company to complete the implementation of strategic layout.

Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in New Energy Science and Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Ocean Engineering, Project Management, Marketing and other related fields are preferred;
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience in the wind power industry, with practical experience in offshore wind power market development or project management, familiar with the operation mode of the upper and lower reaches of the offshore wind power industry chain, and having rich customer resources such as offshore wind power owners, EPCs and wind turbine manufacturers is preferred;
• Familiar with the relevant policies, market development trends and regional layout characteristics of China's offshore wind power industry, understand the technical standards and service demands of the global offshore wind power industry, and have the ability to independently formulate and implement business development strategies;
• Possess solid project management capabilities, proficient in the full-life cycle project management process, able to independently coordinate internal and external resources to solve various problems in project execution, and holding professional project management certificates such as PMP and IPMP is preferred;
• Fluent in English, able to conduct barrier-free international business communication and technical exchange as a working language, and able to efficiently connect with the company's overseas headquarters and international customers;
• Have excellent business negotiation, communication and expression, and customer relationship maintenance capabilities, with an outgoing personality, strong pressure resistance, and able to adapt to short-term business trips and cross-regional work;
• Possess strong logical thinking, overall planning and problem-solving abilities, have a good sense of team cooperation, and can effectively promote cross-departmental and cross-regional resource collaboration and business implementation;
• Recognize the company's corporate culture, have a clear cognition and judgment on the development of the offshore wind power industry, have a strong sense of professionalism and market pioneering spirit, and can fully promote the implementation of the company's offshore wind power strategic layout.
