I.    Position Summary

This position is responsible for perform assigned AS audit tasks; develop training courses, perform additional significant assigned tasks, identify defining gaps or problems and proactively taking actions to address these problems, as needed.

II.    Job Responsibilities 

1.    Perform assigned Aerospace Quality Management System Audits with strict confidentiality, reporting, following up and closing nonconformances. (75%)
2.    Tracking and understanding of technical standards and industry trends to develop, update training material and conduct training courses as needed; (10%)
3.    Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team; Assist the product manager to achieve work target. (10%)
4.    Perform other tasks as needed, such as driving certification business process improvements, participating in industry conferences, etc. (5%)

III.    Job Requirements

1.    Certified Aerospace Quality Management Systems Auditor 
2.    Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
3.    Minimum 8 years AS&D work experience in quality systems and technical industry standards.
4.    Knowledge of quality systems standards, auditing processes and international third-party accreditation schemes required.
5.    Excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as detail orientation；
6.    Effective time management skills, and good English skill. 
7.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
8.    Strong emotional intelligence skills during stressful encounters.
9.    Good computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs.
10.    Strong data analysis skills.
