Responsible for supporting business development and project coordination/implementation for CES department across Power Equipment & Systems, Steel & Cement, Mining Equipment, Environmental Engineering, Material Engineering and Skid‑mounted Products.
Responsibility and Authority
- Support business development for certification, consulting and inspection services across the specified sectors; Support opportunity follow‑up, proposals and contract preparation.
- Coordinate project execution, schedules and report review to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Manage project financials: invoicing follow‑up, payment collection, budget tracking and cost control.
- Vendor and subcontractor management: identify, qualify and maintain supplier/subcontractor lists; negotiate terms, prepare purchase orders/subcontracts; monitor vendor performance, delivery and compliance with contractual and safety/quality requirements.
- Document control and records management to ensure versioning and compliance.
- Drive projects to meet client schedules and internal milestones; proactively identify and resolve schedule risks and bottlenecks.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders; act as primary coordination point for project communications.
- Support continuous improvement by collecting lessons learned, updating templates/processes and supporting internal audits as required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Technology or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Materials or related disciplines preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in project coordination, business support or project engineering within certification/consulting/inspection, manufacturing, construction, energy or heavy equipment industries. Experience with Power, Steel/Cement, Mining or Environmental projects is a plus.
- Experience in vendor/subcontractor management, procurement or purchasing, including issuing POs and monitoring supplier performance.
- Hands‑on experience with document control systems/processes (electronic document management, version control, record retention) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in project cost control, invoicing and basic project financial reporting.
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken) and good command of written and spoken English.
