I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for developing testing, inspection, certification and consultancy services of onshore and offshore wind industry in Great China region (GCN).

II.      Job Responsibilitie

1. Be responsible for on-site supervision work during the production and manufacturing stage of core onshore/offshore wind power equipment (blades, towers, hubs, main shafts, main frames, converters, generators, etc.), formulate supervision implementation plans, and clarify supervision milestones, inspection standards and work processes.
2. Timely identify deviations and problems in process execution, operation, product quality and other aspects in the production process, mark, record and issue rectification notices for non-conformities, track the rectification process and verify the rectification effect to form closed-loop management.
3. In accordance with company specifications and customer requirements, sort out various data, records and inspection reports in the supervision process, compile phased and final supervision reports, and objectively reflect the equipment production quality status and supervision work results.
4. Continuously track the update and upgrade of international and domestic wind power industry equipment manufacturing standards and technical specifications, proficiently master the latest supervision requirements and inspection methods, and ensure the compliance and professionalism of supervision work.
5. Combine the work experience of wind power equipment supervision and industry technical trends, participate in the market research and feasibility analysis of the company's new wind power services, and provide professional technical support for the product design and scheme formulation of new services.
6. Strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations, and actively accept and efficiently complete other work tasks related to wind power equipment supervision, project management and business development arranged by superiors.

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, New Energy Science and Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation and other related fields are preferred;
2. Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in wind power equipment manufacturing, supervision and quality inspection,
3. Simultaneously possessing experience in supervising the construction of wind turbines, blades, steel towers, concrete towers, and electrical equipment, capable of comprehensive management
4. Experience in failure analysis of wind power equipment
5. Strong communication/management skills, with the ability to develop new business opportunities
6. Fluent in English, able to proficiently read English technical standards, drawings and business documents, have good English oral and written communication skills, and those able to connect with international supervision projects and overseas technical materials are preferred;
