I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for planning, supporting and implementing PLS-O sales activities to achieve annual business goal based on current PLS-O business, such as QA/QC, Certification, Consulting, ODI and so on.
II. Responsibility and Authority
- Develop PLS-O business with new customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited); 30%

- Search for potential customer information and follow up potential needs based on investigation of customer’s data and market trend;
- Collect competitor’s information;
- Create business opportunity by visiting client, exploring internet, investigating relevant cooperation platform, visiting or take part in exhibition, organize seminar and so on;
- Respond to and follow up customer’s call in enquiry;
- Extend cooperation platform with relevant association or industry organization;
- Prepare quotation or bidding documents according to company rules and negotiate contract term include price with client based on the instruction of related business line managers;
- Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
- Help in new business development or new area PLS-O business development and achieve relevant task which is assigned by reporting manager.

- Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and complete assigned task;10 %
- Help sales manager to enhance customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;10 %
- Cooperation with other local PLS-O sales to take care all PLS-O clients which you are responsible. 10%
- Collect market information actively and supporting marketing activities, such as promotion, seminar;10 %
- As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress, monitor related progress of contract or project and report problem immediately if necessary;10 %
- Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager.20 %
III. Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in chemical mechanics, chemical equipment, boiler, heat energy, material, or other related discipline
- At least 5 years sales / marketing experience in industry field such as QA&QC or EPC Project or Overseas investment in building factories with reliable working performance.
- Goal-oriented, initiative and self- responsible; very good business sense;
- Good communication and sales skill;
- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
- Willing to travel
- Have corresponding resources and connections in the relevant field
- Good computer skill;
- Good command of English;
