I.      Position Summary

Mainly be responsible for the project handling of projects  of SEMIconductor machine such as iproduct certification, on site safety inspections, design review, standards training. Additional tasks are: supporting the team to release annual business development strategy, speaker at seminars, organize internal and external training, support for inquiry handling and customer visits, administrative tasks for setting up the projects.

II.      Responsibility and Authority

1.  Be responsible for assigned projects according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations; (40%)
2.  Complete projects within lead time; (10%)
3.  Coordinate and manage the big projects and customers; (10%)
4.  Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert's opinions; (10%)
5.  Assist in the business development and marketing and sales, and develop a good relationship with clients;(10%)

6.  Can travel to oversea do technical support if the projects needed;(10%)
7.  Perform other duties assigned by Group Leader / Department Manager. (10%)

III.      Education and Experience

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, or other related subject;
2. At least 5 years working experience in electrical or other related field (e.g. R&D department, of Automation machinery industry, Production lines design, Robot design. previous experience in testing, certification and inspection is preferred;
3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
7. Good command of English;
8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
