Your Tasks
• Lead and perform billable project work for sustainability certification projects including LEED BD+C, LEED ID+C, LEED O+M, Fitwel, WELL and BREEAM.
• Develop project delivery plans, schedules, and billing plans based on client scope, deliverables, and budget.
• Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring quality and timely completion of sustainability deliverables.
• Consult with clients to set goals, provide guidance, and recommend sustainability solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Analyze data related to energy, water, waste, and indoor environmental quality to prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to collect information, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with green building requirements.
• Organize, submit, and monitor building certification documentation from inception through final award.
• Contribute to process improvement, marketing content, and knowledge sharing within the sustainability team.
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting and project management.
• Relevant certifications such as LEED AP, WELL AP, or BREEAM Accredited Professional.
• Strong understanding of green building rating systems and environmental performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with clients and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sustainability analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically (up to 10%) and internationally as needed.
