Brand Manager Sustainability (w/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Lead and execute global brand initiatives across sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation
  • Translate brand strategy into clear messaging frameworks and integrated communication concepts
  • Establish TÜV SÜD’s sustainability thought leadership across ESG, decarbonisation, and future-ready topics
  • Support executives with messaging and content for media engagements, panels, and conferences
  • Define strategic participation in high-impact external events and develop distinctive brand presence concepts
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sustainability, PR, and regional teams to ensure consistent global messaging
  • Monitor market, media, and sustainability trends to continuously refine brand positioning

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or sustainability communications
  • Proven experience in integrated brand activation and thought leadership development
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to translate complex and technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in international, matrix organisations
  • Strong understanding of digital and media landscapes; fluent in English and German
