Architect Power Apps & Power Automate

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain architecture standards for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio solutions
  • Design scalable, secure, and reusable low-code applications and automated workflows across the organization
  • Lead platform governance and architectural planning to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices
  • Define and support integration patterns with enterprise systems (e.g., Dataverse, Azure, SAP, SQL, REST APIs) in close coordination with infrastructure and data teams
  • Guide the enterprise-wide use of Copilot Studio, including prompt design, responsible AI usage, and alignment with data governance policies
  • Develop reference architectures, reusable templates, and shared components to accelerate and standardize delivery
  • Partner with developers, business analysts, and product owners to translate complex requirements into elegant, practical designs
  • Review and support critical implementations, perform technical assessments, and contribute to DevOps and ALM automation strategies
  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and roadmap evolution — guiding adoption of new features and capabilities
  • Advocate for AI-driven and low-code transformation across business units, promoting responsible automation
  • Establish governance models for citizen developers, ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable low-code development outside IT
  • Mentor developers and support the Power Platform community internally through coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute hands-on to solution delivery when needed, especially for critical use cases or architectural proofs of concept

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including large-scale enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate
  • Proven experience designing solutions involving Microsoft Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST API integrations
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), prompt engineering, and Microsoft 365 integration is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform security, environment strategy, DLP policies, and governance models
  • Practical knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and tools like Azure DevOps
  • Advantage skills: AI Builder, custom connectors, adaptive cards, Power FX
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and architectural judgment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2)
  • Fluency in German is a significant advantage (>=A2)
