Introduction:

As a Demand Manager SAP Concur, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing business demands related to Travel & Expense processes and translating them into scalable, compliant, and efficient SAP Concur solutions. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners, ensuring that the SAP Concur platform delivers continuous value and aligns with business strategy. 

Tasks:

• Act as the main interface between business units, IT, and external service providers in the SAP Concur environment (Expense,  Invoice)
• Collect, analyze, prioritize, and manage business demands and requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical concepts
• Manage changes, enhancements, and release activities
• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and process standards
• Support rollouts, testing, training, and go-live activities
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process and system improvements 

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Demand Management, Application Management, or Product Management
• Strong hands-on experience with:  SAP Concur Expense, Invoice ; Concur integrations (CI, Web Services, Extracts)
• Solid understanding of Travel & Expense business processes
• Experience working with international stakeholders
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good English skills; German is a plus 

 Nice to Have: 

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA document integration
•  Knowledge of Travel & Expense business processes
• Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments
• SAP Concur certifications
