Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IAM Requirements Management Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
Tasks:
- Define and automate roles and permissions, ensuring secure and efficient access control across our systems
- Define and document IAM roles and permissions based on business needs and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new IAM-related products and system changes.
- Foster and implement automation for role and permission management
- Ensure alignment with security standards
- Support the IAM team in evaluating and implementing changes to IAM systems and processes.
- Maintain documentation of requirements and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on IAM impacts and considerations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in requirements management, preferably within IAM or IT security domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Languages: German (minimum level B2), English
Advantages:
- Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and IAM principles,
- Experience with IAM tools such as One Identity Manager, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar.
