Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and architect scalable OutSystems applications, ensuring security and performance optimization
• Lead technical design, set architectural standards, and implement governance frameworks for global development
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability across all projects
• Define and implement application logic and business rules using visual programming or scripting features provided by the low-code platform
• Configure workflows, validations, and decision-making processes
• Provision of in-house consulting services in all disciplines of Low-Code Software Development in agile and non-agile projects on both the business and IT side
• Elicitation and documentation of technical requirements, partial coordination of implementation and acceptance
• Controlling and project-related accounting of expenses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on full-stack solutions
• Proven expertise with the OutSystems O11 platform (highly preferred)
• Solid understanding of the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
• Proficient in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools, such as Azure DevOps, is essential
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills for translating business requirements into application logic and workflows
• Ability to implement complex business rules and validations effectively within OutSystems applications
• Effective collaboration in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2)
• Fluency in German is a significant advantage (>=A2)
