TÜV SÜD use Microsoft 365 for Collaboration globally. In our Tenant we use mostly all Products for working together and collaborating internal and external (for example: Exchange-Online, SharePoint-Online, OneDrive, Teams, Loop, Lists, Power Platform). Especially for Automation Tasks we want to es-tablish more Power Platform and get more Governance into the Environments. By Implementing Artificial Intelligence with M365 Copilot, our Focus is to get more Insights to our Data and should help our People to do more Tasks efficiently.
This position requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365-Technologies, 2nd and 3rd Level Support for our End users, and optimize our Environment for the Future.
Responsabilities:
· 2nd and 3rd Level Support for Microsoft 365 in all Products/Services
· Administration of Power Platform, Environment-Management and Workflow-Troubleshooting
· Implementing Artificial Intelligence with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents and Copilot Studio into the Tenant and support the End users
· Documenting and categorizing incidents in the ticketing system
· Contribute to process optimization for Microsoft Tenant operations and maintenance
· Ensure that problems are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
· Collaborate with End users and system administrators to support projects and deployments
· Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting
· Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator in mid or large Environments
· In-depth knowledge for the main Services like Exchange-Online, SharePoint-Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, M365 Apps
· Experience on Power Platform Operations
· Knowledge in PowerShell-Scripting and Automation
· Familiar with Entra-ID and Azure Services
· Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence Technologies, best case in M365 Copilot
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex End user issues
· Focus on Secure Configurations in Cooperation with our GSO (Global Security Office)
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)) are a plus.
· Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2).
· Fluency in German is a significant advantage. (>=B2)
