Tasks:
- Act as a sparring partner for the People organization on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Development processes and system handling.
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Development processes, including templates, system setup, and governance
- Coordinate and implement performance and talent management initiatives (goal setting, performance reviews, calibration) in collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Prepare and coordinate calibration sessions with managers and People teams
- Create, analyze, and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., goal achievement, calibration results, development actions) to support decision-making
- Support the planning and implementation of employee development initiatives
- Manage employee surveys and people analytics (People Voices) including survey setup, execution, and reporting
- Independent creation, execution and analysis of employee surveys and people analytics reports (People Voices)
- Administration of user accounts, roles and permissions in relevant analytics and survey tools
- Analysis and visualization of survey results, including the creation of dashboards and data‑driven recommendations for action
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support organizational and people-related initiatives
- Collaborate closely with CoE, People Business Partners, Operations Hub, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in talent management, People Operations or HR administration
- Knowledge of HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors; experience with survey and analytics tools (e.g. Qualtrics)
- Strong technical understanding and affinity for digital tools and data‑driven processes
- Familiarity with goal-setting and performance management processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting, analysis and data visualization
- Structured, detail orientated and independent way of working
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
