Regional Head - Center of People Solutions (Europe) (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Lead the Center of People Solutions (CoPS) for Europe, shaping HR Services strategy, driving cultural change, and fostering business growth
  • Ensure efficient, consistent People service delivery aligned with business needs and global HR strategy
  • Define regional strategy and implement the Global Service Portfolio within the region
  • Manage vertical functions and oversee operational execution
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, People Business Partners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions
  • Maintain accountability for high-quality, cost-efficient service delivery and monitor KPIs for compliance with laws and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging HR IT, AI, and market trends; initiate optimization and lead implementation of innovative technologies and processes
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide proactive guidance, and foster knowledge exchange within CoPS
  • Empower, coach, and develop team members while ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional initiatives

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in a multinational environment and HR shared services or operations
  • Proven experience in shared service centers or business process outsourcing in a leadership capacity
  • Strong operational execution capabilities
  • Track record of implementing innovative solutions and transformation initiatives successfully
  • Solid understanding of People principles and practices across the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with HRIS and service management tools; ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar
