We are looking for an SCCM Administrator to manage and support our organization's endpoint management. This role will focus on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to ensure efficient deployment, configuration, security, and compliance of enterprise devices.
Responsabilities:
- Focus on a German groupwide application
- Taking responsibility for secure patch levels and rollout of client related packages including scripting
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, IT staff, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- SCCM practical long-term experience
- Error analysis
- Deep understanding of SCCM protocols and the ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards related to SCCM and Intune.
- Commitment to keeping up to date with the latest SCCM and Intune features and best practices.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation beyond PowerShell, such as the use of Python or other scripting languages
- Intune experience
- Good knowledge of German (>=B2)
- Good knowledge of English (>=B2)
- Willingness to learn Communication skills, especially patience when processing complicated inquiries and handling complaints
- Ability to communicate effectively with other IT teams and end users
- Reliable and adherence to deadlines
- Certificate about basis know-how training in SCCM / MCM (Microsoft configuration Manager)
- IT-Technical academic education
