Responsibilities:
- Independent creation, execution, and analysis of people analytics reports and employee surveys (People Voices)
- System-side setup of standard and customized surveys in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Administration of user accounts, roles, and permissions in the relevant analytics and survey tools
- Support in preparing and validating participant lists and ensuring data quality
- Analysis and visualization of survey results and creation of dashboards and data-driven recommendations for action
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to support people strategies and organizational decision-making
- Consulting and support for local adaptations and special requirements in global survey projects
- Close and trust-based collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) People Growth & Engagement, the Operations Hub, and People Business Partners
Qualifications:
- Experience in administering survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data visualization
- Strong technical understanding and affinity for digital tools and data
- Careful and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
