Responsibilities:
- Act as a competent sparring partner for the People organization and the operational business in all matters relating to best practices in performance and talent management (SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Development)
- Independent system administration and maintenance of Performance & Development processes within SAP SuccessFactors
- Responsibility for the governance, coordination and operational implementation of current and future performance and talent management processes in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Implementation and operational support of talent and performance management initiatives (e.g. goal setting, performance reviews, calibration) in alignment with the CoE
- Creation, maintenance and management of templates and system setups for goal‑setting, performance review and calibration processes
- Preparation and coordination of calibration sessions in alignment with managers and the People function
- Independent creation and analysis of reports and evaluations (e.g. goal achievement, calibration results, development measures) to support decision‑making, in close alignment with the CoE
- Support in the planning and implementation of development measures
- Independent creation, execution and analysis of employee surveys and people analytics reports (People Voices)
- System‑side setup of standard and customized surveys in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Administration of user accounts, roles and permissions in relevant analytics and survey tools
- Support in preparing and validating participant lists and ensuring high data quality
- Analysis and visualization of survey results, including the creation of dashboards and data‑driven recommendations for action
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to support people‑related decision‑making and organizational initiatives
- Consulting and operational support for local adaptations and special requirements within global survey projects
- Close, trust‑based and collaborative partnership with the Center of Excellence (CoE), People Business Partners, the Operations Hub and other relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in talent management, People Operations or HR administration
- Knowledge of HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors; experience with survey and analytics tools (e.g. Qualtrics)
- Strong technical understanding and affinity for digital tools and data‑driven processes
- Familiarity with goal-setting and performance management processes.

- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
