Introduction:

As a Solution Architect for SAP SuccessFactors you are responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and strategic evolution of the SuccessFactors landscape. The role ensures scalable, integrated, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives, change requests, and rollouts in alignment with HR 
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data protection, and security policies.
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors to assess feasibility and design scalable solutions.
• Drive release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture
• Deep understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite)
• Familiarity with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy (GDPR).
• Proven experience in large-scale HRIS implementations and transformations.
• Structured, analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
• SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with ITIL processes are a plus
