Role Overview:
As a Solution Architect for SAP SuccessFactors you are responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and strategic evolution of the SuccessFactors landscape. The role ensures scalable, integrated, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural guidance for new initiatives, change requests, and rollouts in alignment with HR

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data protection, and security policies.

Collaborate with business partners and vendors to assess feasibility and design scalable solutions.

Drive release planning, solution validation, and technical reviews
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors architecture

Deep understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite)

Familiarity with identity management, SSO (IAS/IPS), and data privacy (GDPR).

Proven experience in large-scale HRIS implementations and transformations.

Structured, analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills

Fluent in German and English

SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with ITIL processes are a plus
