Introduction
As a SuccessFactors Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within a global HR IT landscape. You will ensure stable, scalable, and compliant HR systems and work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Tasks:
- Provide technical consulting across the SAP SuccessFactors platform (implementation, rollout, operations)
- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Learning (LMS)
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and related systems (e.g. SAP CPI, SAP HCM, S/4HANA, identity management systems)
- Support data migration, learning history transfers, and legacy LMS decommissioning
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents and system issues (2nd/3rd-level support)
- Support SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, and quarterly updates
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and external service providers
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and audit requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Technical Consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors environment primarily in LMS
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and data models
- Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, flat files)
- Experience with data migration and system interfaces
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with ITIL processes are a plus
