Senior Sales Executive - Latin America

Your Tasks

  • Drive new business development by prospecting and building a strong pipeline of clients across diverse industries.
  • Engage with decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives, to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers and consultants specializing in property insurance.
  • Conduct needs analysis and risk assessments to identify client objectives and deliver tailored property loss control solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, design prospect-specific strategies, and lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, consulting) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Actively participate in industry events and professional associations to expand market presence.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales success in solution/service selling with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Teams), plus strong Outlook and Excel skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in property loss control or related services (nice-to-have).
  • Analytical listening skills and ability to provide consultative advice in risk management.
