Business Development Manager - Wireless 1

Your Tasks

  • Drive strategic growth of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services in North America’s energy sector.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for renewable energy, grid modernization, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, and technology innovators.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and regulatory trends.
  • Support internal capability development for energy systems, including lab expansions and accreditation.
  • Represent the company in industry associations and regulatory committees.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in clean energy sectors or TIC roles.
  • Strong knowledge of North American regulatory standards (IEC, IEEE, UL, CSA).
  • Proven ability in strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
  • Familiarity with EMC, safety, environmental, or battery testing (nice-to-have).
