Job Summary:

Supports the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), and Accreditation systems across the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and corporate standards through effective coordination, documentation, and external/internal audits.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for system implementation and Internal quality of respective Business Units.
• Operation and maintenance of applicable accreditation / certifications / similar approvals necessary (business driver).
• Internal Audits (as per accreditation requirements) and Complaint management for respective BU.
• Meeting Divisional regulations and guidelines with respect to accreditation and service quality.
• Quarterly data reporting to QM, CQ on Quality Activities as per process defined.
• Other QM related activities as assigned by Quality Manager

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's / master’s degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, quality assurance or management.
• Experience in ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 17024, ISO 17025 preferably 17021 and 17065.
• Experience in QHSE management and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Experience working with Egypt accreditation center (EGAC), preferably Saudi Accreditation center (SAAC), Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA).
• Can communicate in Arabic/English
