Job Role
The Executive – Sales will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business, and maintaining client relationships for the Industrial Services Department, specifically targeting inspection, testing, and certification services. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, technical knowledge of industrial services, and a proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, power, and construction.
- Promote Industrial services such as third-party inspection, NDE, QA/QC, Pressure Vessel inspection services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure services are delivered as per client expectations.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, case studies, and social media content.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in inspection, testing, or industrial services or similar technical sales of engineering services in O&G and Petrochemical sectors
- Understanding of NDT, inspection standards, and industrial safety practices is a plus.
