Sales Executive - ACADEMY

Your Tasks

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, power, and construction.
  • Promote ACADMEY portfolio of industrial trainings in different industrial sectors, O&G and Petrochemicals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the operation team to ensure services are delivered as per client expectations.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, case studies, and social media content.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services provided.
  • Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / sales & marketing or any relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in industrial training and development services in O&G and industrial sectors across Middle East.
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS. Office and ERP software
  • SAP Module preferable
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
