1. Your Tasks

   • Creation of initial risk assessment (RD0) for all assigned projects.
   • Comply with requirement of the client by delivering the risk report on predefined timings.
   • Communication with clients and project parties in obtaining the required documents (if any) through proper communications channels.
   • Description and assessment of technical problems (and development of proposed solutions)
   • Objective preparation of expert’s survey for the assessment of defects and damage from a technical point of view.
   • Competent support of customers and moderation between business partners
   • Must possess up to date information with the current state of the art know-how in the field of civil engineering, industry standards & regulations and other relevant fields (especially from Saudi Building Code, International Standards & codes etc.).
   • Should be able to handle any project professionally and effectively.
   • Provide civil engineering and relevant field related third-party testing services
   • Review of design documents & specifications of buildings based on local & international standards

   Your Qualifications

   • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
   • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the field of civil engineering.
   • Proven Experience in Saudi Code.
   • Well-founded and practice-proven professional and sector experience in industrial and residential construction.
   • Knowledge of building law and the preparation of expert opinions.
   • Business fluent in English language
   • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
