I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for carrying out fire testing according to required standards and testing procedures with the objective of delivering professional service to customer.
该岗位主要负责公司防火实验室的相关防火测试，提供测试数据和结果，为客户提供专业测试服务。

II.      Job Responsibilities

1. 1. Be responsible for fire testing project

负责开展防火相关测试工作

1. 2. Review and improve the laboratory operation procedures to sustain productivity at high level and to meet the requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 and related requirement (20%).

按照ISO17025等相关标准运营实验室，并提高实验室的设备利用率；

1. 3. Monitor the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment (10%).

负责实验室设备的使用和维护保养；

1. 4. Considering market needs, support the sales team to set up SOP for new test method and review method validation/ verification data (20%).

基于市场需求，协助销售团队开发新的实验方法，建立标准工作流程并进行验证；

1. 5. Supervisory team member fully compliance with EHS guidelines to protect life and property security (10%).

确保实验室的环保、职业健康以及安全达到EHS相关标准，确保人员和财产的安全

1. 6. Work with quality responsible person to effectively and timely handle complaint to reduce customer complaint rate and increase customer satisfaction (10%).

与质量负责人一起及时处理客户投诉，提升客户满意度。

III.      Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in fire safety or fire engineering;

本科以及以上学历，环境安全，消防(防火)工程等相关专业；

2. At least 3 years’ experience in fire safety testing in the field of Rail, construction material, electrical components or others

在轨道交通、建筑材料、电子电器部件，家具纺织品等防火阻燃测试领域具有至少3年工作经验；

3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards (i.e. EN 45545-X, EN13501, GB 8624, TB3237…), policies, procedures and instructions.

熟悉防火相关的测试标准（如. EN 45545-X, EN13501, GB 8624, TB/T 3237…等），流程以及要求

4. Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力

5. Good understanding in quality and safety requirements in fire testing laboratories

了解实验室运营质量和安全要求

6. Experience of operating and maintaining one or more instruments

熟悉测试设备使用

7. Good command of reading and written English
