I.      Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for traction battery testing projects management, he/she should cooperate with battery lab to complete battery testing projects.

II.      Job Responsibilities

1.Work according to requirements of CNAS 17025 and the quality guideline of the laboratory;

2.Review the battery testing specification from customer, evaluate the test capability of in-house and external text lab, plan and organize testing resource to fulfill battery testing activities;

3.Support internal testing team to clarify testing specification, tracking testing progress, support trouble shooting, organize regular meeting to exchange project status and create testing report;

4.Coordinate with external test lab to finish battery test in time;

5.Maintain a professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues;

6.Maintain positive and effective communication with customers and internal team;

7.Actively provide technical support to sales staff.

III.      Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electrochemistry, automotive engineering, etc.

2.3 years of working experience in lithium-ion battery filed, experience in OEM R&D is good plus.

3.Profound knowledge of traction lithium battery, hands-on experience in lithium-ion battery testing or participate in lithium battery project is preferred.

4.Familiar with battery testing standard of Lithium-ion battery, such as GB/T, ISO, IEC, SAE, etc.

5.Good project management skills, experience in successfully leading multiple projects

6.Good command in spoken and written English.

7.Excellent self-learning ability, be curious about new products and be willing to accept new challenges.
