I.      Position Summary

This position is responsible for driving digitalization initiatives within the SMN team and managing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of AI-enabled inspection and technical assessment platforms. The role will bridge business needs and digital solutions, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and improve service efficiency, data quality and reporting capability through digital tools and AI technologies.

II.      Job Responsibilities (starting from verbs, with % of time spent on specific tasks)

1. Be responsible for SMN digitalization projects, including project planning, requirement definition, execution, monitoring and delivery according to business needs and company objectives; (25%)

2. Manage the development and implementation of AI-enabled inspection, testing and technical assessment platforms, including business requirement collection, product roadmap support, vendor coordination, solution validation and user acceptance; (25%)

3. Collaborate with PV Plant, BESS and related technical teams to identify digitalization opportunities, optimize workflows, standardize data structure and improve operational efficiency through digital tools; (20%)

4. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including software vendors, AI algorithm partners, IT teams, business users and management, to ensure project quality, schedule and successful delivery; (15%)

5. Conduct data analysis, dashboard development and reporting to support project management, service quality improvement and management decision-making; (10%)

6. Perform other duties assigned by Manager. (5%)

III.      Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or other related subjects;

2. Good understanding of digital transformation, software development lifecycle, product management and project management methodologies;

3. Experience in digital product development, platform implementation, AI application projects or IT project management is preferred;

4. Knowledge of renewable energy, PV power plants, energy storage systems, inspection business or technical consulting services is preferred;

5. Familiarity with AI technologies, data analytics, databases, cloud platforms, workflow systems, Power BI or other digital tools is a plus;

6. Ability to understand business scenarios and translate business requirements into functional specifications and project tasks;

7. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and result-oriented mindset;

8. Good communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with business teams, IT teams, vendors and customers in an effective manner;

9. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

10. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;

11. Good computer skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and digital collaboration tools;

12. Good command of English, CET-4 or above; good written English capability is preferred.
