I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for implementing sales activities to achieve SMN department’s business plan.
II. Responsibility and Authority
- Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited);(40%)
- Search for potential customer: include PV inverter, PCS, LI-Battery, ESS and so on.
- Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
- Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry; Provide technical support and feedback to customers
- Visit / meet customer and introduce company’s services;
- Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
- Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
- Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target;(10%)
- Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;(10%)
- Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them;(10%)
- Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;(10%)
- As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress;(10%)
- Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager.(10%)
III. Education and Experience
- College degree or above;
- Goal-oriented, Initiative and self- responsible; very good business sense
- 1or 2 years sales / marketing experience in industry field such as Electric or Electronics, Automation, Mechanic and etc.;
- Good communication and sales skill;
- Good customer management skill;
- Aggressive and self-motivated;
- Good command of English;
- Willing to travel;
