Your Tasks:
- Technical & Veto Review of Audit Files
- Review IATF 16949 audit reports, nonconformities, corrective actions, and supporting documentation submitted by auditors.
- Verify compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and IATF Rules 6 requirements.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or deviations and provide objective feedback to auditors.
- Approve or veto audit file outcomes prior to certification decision.
- Coordination with German Office / IATF Oversight
- Act as primary interface for technical queries, escalations, and clarifications related to IATF 16949 Rules.
- Coordinate on interpretations, rule updates, and implementation of global decisions.
- Ensure alignment of local processes with global requirements.
- Auditor Communication & Support
- Provide clear feedback and guidance to auditors on technical review findings.
- Clarify interpretation of IATF Rules and requirements to auditors.
- Support auditor competence development by sharing best practices and lessons learned from reviews.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to certification body’s internal procedures and IATF oversight expectations.
- Maintain impartiality, objectivity, and confidentiality in all technical review decisions.
- Contribute to internal quality system improvements relating to IATF certification processes.
- Continuous Improvement
- Monitor recurring issues in audit files and recommend preventive measures.
- Support internal/external assessments related to IATF accreditation/oversight.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing, training, and harmonization activities within the team.
