• To manage the testing process to meet/exceed the customers' requirement and commitment. 
• To manage the lab to achieve the set productivity by means of reducing the testing period.
• To minimize the manpower, to maintain good machine performance and others.
• To support sales team deliver productivity by means of progressively clarifying the customer requirements, participate in the sales meeting, visit the customers as requested.
• To engage/usefully input with the management meeting as required. 
• To be the leader of lab in the conjunction with higher management for improving the workflow and work process. 
• To improve the machine performance by maximizing profit.
