Your Tasks
- Coordinate and oversee customer projects to ensure timely delivery and full project control
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing status updates and handling inquiries
- Collaborate with commercial assistants and expert teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Assign projects and work packages to authorized personnel based on availability and qualifications
- Monitor deadlines, prepare status reports, manage cost calculations, and escalate risks or delays when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit and assessment activities
Your Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - required
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, customer support or administrative roles in a technical or regulated environment
- Strong project coordination and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers, experts and internal stakeholders
- Ability to plan, assign, and monitor workloads based on authorisations and availability
- Proactive deadline and progress tracking with readiness to escalate issues when needed
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle queries and ensure timely, accurate information flow
