Client Account Coordinating Administrator

Your Tasks

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams, including Engineers, Account Servicing Teams, and Field Staff.
  • Manage account setup and renewal in internal systems, ensuring accurate entry of locations, values, contacts, and related account data.
  • Maintain and update client information in the Client Connect database, including postings, imports, and responses to recommendations.
  • Deliver internal and external support for Client Connect, including data reporting, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support specialized administrative projects as assigned, including infrared scheduling, processing, and importing.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide general office support, including mailroom tasks, reception support, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
  • Preferred:
    • College degree (preferred but not required).
    • Willingness to grow responsibilities, including potential support for Account Processing Administrator tasks.
    • Experience supporting data systems, testing activities, or user assistance.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $25/hour - $26/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
