Customer Service Representative

Your Tasks 

  • Coordinate, monitor and control the project activities before and during the project life cycle.
  • Provide formal communication channel to Retail customer and other approval bodies.
  • Report the project status to the CS Supervisor.
  • Communicate with Project Manager for technical issues on projects.
  • Process whole set of procedures and documentations for ongoing projects.
  • Co-ordinate between different teams and external parties.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

 

Your Qualifications 

  • HKDSE graduated or above.
  • At least 1 year of working experience (with testing laboratory experience is an advantage).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure.
  • Candidate is fresh graduate is welcome.
