Damage and valuation assessor (m/f/d)
The position is available immediately on a full-time basis for the Auto Service department in Darmstadt.
What we offer
- Independent preparation of damage and valuation reports (in liability and comprehensive insurance claims)
- Independent performance of vehicle valuations
- Acquisition and processing of orders
- Competent contact person for our customers
- Customer acquisition and successful customer retention
- Telephone and written contact with customers, insurance companies, and lawyers
Your profile
- Completed master craftsman training in automotive mechanics
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector
- Professional experience in the field of accident damage or accident repair desirable
- Good IT skills (MS Office) and knowledge of Audatex/DAT are an advantage
- Customer-oriented approach to work, confident manner, and strong team spirit
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in terms of location and working hours
- German language skills at C1 level
