Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

The position is available full-time from February 1, 2026, in the Management Systems department in Darmstadt.

What we offer

• Responsible for handling all administrative tasks in the area of
• Customer order support and associated database maintenance
• Planning and coordination of auditor assignments
• Quotation calculation for existing customer business
• Creating and coordinating correspondence, presentations, reports, and similar documents in collaboration with various teams
• Processing correspondence with customers, employees, and authorities
• General office tasks and further development of the area of responsibility

Your profile  

• Completed commercial or technical training and initial professional experience in a similar position
• Confident use of common MS Office programs and good knowledge of SAP/BW and ideally Adobe InDesign and Sharepoint
• Strong understanding of internal and external service
• Confident and friendly manner, structured and careful way of working, and adherence to deadlines
• Enjoy working in a team, flexibility, and communication skills
• Foreign language skills (English) are an advantage
• German language skills at C1 level
