Material handling customer support specialist (m/f/d)

The position is available immediately on a full-time basis in our Real Estate division (Conveyor Technology business area).

What we offer 

• General administrative office tasks
• Scheduling of experts, including coordination of appointments
• Management of customer orders and associated database maintenance
• Support in the preparation of quotations
• Invoicing and complaint management
• Support of the department manager in general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling/customer service is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office package and SAP)
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and resilience combined with an independent way of working
• Customer-oriented approach with a confident manner externally and the ability to work in a team internally
