Project Manager (m/f/d)
The position is available immediately on a full-time basis in the Controlling, Processes, and Digitalization department at our Darmstadt location.
What we offer
- Management and control of company-wide projects with a focus on commercial and digital topics
- Responsibility for budget, results, and deadlines throughout the entire project life cycle
- Defining and establishing project standards and ensuring their application
- Professional and targeted communication with end users, specialists, management, and corporate divisions
- Identifying and prioritizing requirements in the commercial and digital environment and translating them into clear project goals
- Analyzing project-related data and results to support informed decisions and ensure project succes
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in project management (ideally with IPMA certification or comparable) as well as knowledge of agile methods (optional) and confident use of common MS Office programs
- Willingness and interest in familiarizing yourself with new topics, processes, and systems, as well as proactive participation in projects
- Ideally, experience in using process modeling tools (e.g., ARIS)
- Independent and autonomous working style, combined with analytical thinking, assertiveness, and perseverance
- Confident communication skills and very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- German level C1
