Specialist People Operations (m/f/d)
Full-time position starting March 1, 2026 (fixed-term for 3 years in accordance with the German Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act (TzBfG) / parental leave replacement) for our People department in Darmstadt.
What we offer
- Management and maintenance of master data and documents in our human resources management software (entry, scanning, and filing of data and documents)
- Creation of documents such as contracts, certificates, and employment references, as well as general administrative tasks
- Independent processing of specific topics, such as handling extraordinary events, occupational medicine, etc.
- Support with projects
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably with additional qualifications
- Digital affinity and confidence in the use of software programs, as well as an interest in continuously expanding software knowledge
- Enjoy taking on responsibility, but also assisting others and actively contributing to the team
- Friendly, confident, and articulate manner
- Very accurate and efficient way of working
- Independent working style, flexibility, and enthusiasm
- Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
