Data Literacy Expert (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Develop training content tailored to different data literacy maturity levels
  • Deliver interactive workshops and e-learning modules across business units, including certification programs for Data Owners, Data Stewards,Use Case Owners and other data roles in the organization 
  • Collaborate with HR to embed data learning into broader development paths 
  • Assess literacy gaps and define department-specific learning journeys 
  • Promote a data-driven mindset through internal campaigns and awareness initiatives 
  • Collaborate with the Data Community Manager to provide content for data events

Your Qualification 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Education, Data Management, Data Consulting etc. 
  • Power BI or any other analytics tool experience • Holds a degree in a related disciple 
  • Strong understanding of data fundamentals, business analytics and data governance 
  • Ability to translate technical topics into engaging learning experiences
  • Familiarity with data tools and data storytelling techniques 
  • Experience in driving cultural change through training and enablement 
  • English fluency, German is nice to have
