Executive - Customer Service (Leather & Footwear)

  • Responsible to maintain Quality Management System related records.
  • Responsible for registration of samples in LMS/TLIMS.
  • Confirming the registration of samples after review of request, tenders & contracts.
  • Monitoring new customers’ data are included in LMS/TLIMS within the period of registration.
  • Communication with Senior/Supervisor for additional query regarding sample quantity/applicable test.
  • Sending the acknowledgement to the clients & act on their feedback.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of the laboratory
  • Monitoring TAT and reporting to Lab Managers.
  • Follow-up of dispatch activities for test reports, invoice.
  • Obtaining Customer feedback.
  • Updating Lab Managers on complaints
  • Ensuring the implementation of Corrective Actions.
  • Checking Sub-contracting of samples with supervisor and register those accordingly.
  • Sending request for new customer code to Accounts section.
  • Follow up of pending payments from customers in conjunction with accounts.
  • Implementing the technology process (barcode etc.) and using the data
  • Implementing the projects of continual improvement projects

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Leather & Footwear Engineering or a relevant discipline 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
