Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct audits as per SOP/COP or client-defined procedures, ensuring all audits remain unbiased.
2. Prepare reports according to provided guidance and within the required turnaround time (TAT).
3. Maintain a strong professional network and stay updated on laws or any legal changes.
4. Follow all quality requirements as defined in the procedure.
5. Review reports according to TÜV SÜD and client guidelines.
6. Complete report reviews within two days of receiving the report.
7. Address all technical review points in a single submission and maintain zero rejection after technical review.
8. Take necessary actions based on suggestions or instructions provided by clients, management, or superiors.
9. Maintain confidentiality of vendor-specific information at all times.
10. Update all registers related to audits.
11. Perform duties in a manner that prevents major non-conformities in internal or external audits.
12. Maintain a 0% complaint rate that may lead to claims, business loss, or negative impact on brand image.
13. Comply with all ethical requirements, including reading, understanding, and strictly following the company’s Code of Conduct.
14. Respond promptly to queries and maintain positive interaction with team members.
15. Discuss any audit-related issues openly without withholding any information.
16. Assist the Department Manager in carrying out operational tasks.
17. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
