  2. Translate sustainability standards, methodologies and audit requirements into process maps, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  3. Work with product, engineering, data and verification colleagues to clarify domain rules, data definitions, evidence requirements and control points.
  4. Support customer discovery, stakeholder workshops, demonstrations and pilot activities, capturing feedback and recommending improvements.
  5. Help standardise verification workflows and identify opportunities for responsible automation, analytics and better decision support.
  6. Prepare clear guidance, training material and product communications for internal users, customers and partners.
  7. Monitor relevant developments in climate policy, carbon markets, MRV and verification, and summarise potential product implications for the Product Lead.

Key Requirement

  • 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, climate, carbon markets, environmental assurance, regulatory compliance, audit, certification or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of MRV, verification methodologies, sustainability standards or regulated operational processes.
  • Ability to analyse complex scientific, regulatory or procedural requirements and explain them clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience documenting processes, requirements, controls, evidence or audit trails; exposure to digital projects is an advantage.
  • Curiosity about technology and motivation to build a career in digital product development; formal product-management experience is not required.
