Job Description
Sales Engineer
  1. Marketing and exploring the new business opportunities especially key/ major clients in various sectors specifically Oil & Gas sectors
  2. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  3. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
  4. Visiting Purchase person/Construction Manager of various companies & main contractors for collecting enquiries.
  5. Collecting material list from customer drawing & submitting
  6. Giving clear idea to the customer about the work.
  7. Visiting project sites and taking necessary dimensions.
  8. Submitting invoice & payment follow up.                                    
  9. Preparing Tender and contract terms
  10. Reviewing sales performance with line manager
  11. Liaising with another member of the sales team and other technical expert
  12. Supporting sales & operations coordinator for sending quotations to the clients
  13. To maintain a good rapport with customers, both internal and external, as per TUV SUD Middle East Code of Ethics.
  14. Awareness and adherence with TUV SUD Middle East Policies, Objectives, Code of Ethics, Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems Procedures.
  15. To follow the Health and Safety Procedure while performing activities and report any new hazards observed to the Operation Manager and to stop any unsafe activities.
  16. Improving personal performance and qualifications whenever required and practicing good interpersonal skills during his job assignment.
  17. Reporting any non-compliance during the job assignment to the reporting manager.
  18. Provide administrative support when necessary or any other activities related to the division, which are necessary for contributing to the success of the operation, if needed.
  19. Reporting any accident, incident, or complaint to the reporting manager.
  20. To observe a hazard-free and environmentally friendly working environment.
  21. Coordinate and complete independently assigned projects.
  22. Ensure independence, impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality are maintained during all activities.
