Your Tasks

1. Assist clients in continuously optimizing the finished product quality inspection standards, processes, and procedures in logistics warehouses.
   帮助客户不断优化物流仓库成品质量检验标准、流程和制度；
2. Support the supervisor in managing the quality control of finished product outgoing inspections within the assigned logistics warehouse cluster, strengthening quality control for product shipments.
   协助上级主管管理所分派物流仓库片区成品出厂检验质量控制工作，强化对产品出货的质量控制；
3. Assist the supervisor in auditing the performance of quality inspection personnel in the logistics warehouse cluster, providing feedback to on-site supervisors or team leaders, and monitoring the follow-up on skills training to enhance the quality inspection capabilities of the staff.
   协助上级主管稽核物流仓库片区质检人员的工作表现，反馈给现场主管/组长，并监督跟进质检人员的技能培训，提升质检人员的质量检验能力；
4. Promptly follow up on the fulfillment of various quality standard requirements based on customer expectations.
   根据客人要求，及时跟进各类质量标准要求的达成。

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above; preference for candidates with quality control management experience in well-known domestic or international warehouse/logistics companies or large foreign-invested textile factories.
   本科或以上学历，具备国内外知名仓储物流公司质控管理、大型外资纺织品工厂质控管理优先；
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
   熟练应用Word、Excel等办公软件；
3. Strong execution ability, with solid management skills and professional knowledge to achieve various quality control indicators.
   强执行能力，有良好的管理和专业知识，能达成质控各项指标；
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at coordination and management, and capable of motivating the team to work efficiently.
   较强的沟通协调能力、擅长协调管理，能激励团队高效完成工作；
5. Able to travel as required.
   适应出差。
